1. Open the image of the Desert Ridge Jaguar

2. Click on the Magic Wand Tool in the Tool Bar. Click on the letter W to get to the tool, click on Shift to toggel between the different tools.

3. In the Layers panel, you may need to get rid of the lock on the layer. A Single click on the lock with the mouse will unlock the layer and allow you to work on it.

4. Click on the white background and you will now have the marching ants or a selection around the Jaguar.

5. Finally click on the delete key on the keyboard to delete the white and you will now have the Jaguar alone with no background. Click on Command-D to deselect the selection and move the Jaguar to another canvas.
